Kinley is 18 years old and won the 41st MISS INDIANA TEEN USA Pageant on Monday, July 17, 2023.
Her local title was Miss Indianapolis Teen USA.
At the state pageant, won the Contestants Choice Award, was a nominee for Miss Photogenic, and won the Interview, Activewear, and Evening Gown Competitions.

Kinley Shoemaker, Miss Indiana Teen USA 2023, is a Franklin Community High School graduate and an aspiring sideline reporter. In high school, she was a member of the National Honors Society, Founder of the Social Activism Club, Dance Captain of the Varsity Show Choir, Vice-President of Best Buddies, and a member of multiple clubs and organizations.
She has logged more than 500+ hours of community service. She is the recipient of the following: President Biden‘s Volunteer Service, National Gold Award, Lily Endowment Finalist, and Prudential Spirit of Community, local honoree. She was a Unified Sports Athlete in high school, specifically Unified Flag Football.
She is an advocate for Teenage Sexual Assault Victims; she goes to schools or camps to share stories and inspire others while also teaching about consent and boundaries to kids of all ages.
She works as a model and actress for various companies, and this Summer, you can find her on Game Days for the Indianapolis Indiana, working at Victory Field in the Kids Zone.
Kinley is a freshman at Butler University on a Dr. Morton Finney and Academic scholarships. She plans on a double Major in Sports Media and Journalism. While at Butler, she will be a Multimedia Reporter for the campus.
